Grenada is in the Eastern Caribbean, at the southernmost end of the Windward Islands or Lesser Antilles.  Grenada, also known as the Isle of Spice, is about 100 miles north of Venezuela on the South American continent, and 12 degrees north of the equator.  The Nation of Grenada is made up of the island Grenada and her smaller sister isles Carriacou and Petit Martinique which lie to the North.  (See the map on the Right) Most southern of the Windward islands, Grenada is 21 miles long and 12 wide.   Click on the Map on the left for a better view of where Grenada is in the Caribbean. |
